Application pool name sometime used as case sensitive and sometime not #4

Hello,

For an application pool, I had a service that returned 0 applications using it. All the other information returned were okay: state, mem, cpu.

I discovered that it was due to the use of an incorrect case for the application pool name: for example Myapppool instead of MyAppPool.

I think it would be better to make the plugin working case sensitive or case insensitive everywhere.
