Replace existing bug report options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current bug report and feature request options just launch a link to the issues tab in this repository. While useful for devs, normal users can't be expected to have a github account.

Describe the solution you'd like
I've created a page on GitReports, linked here that can replace the existing links. Just replace the existing links with the new one
