I think the plug-in might be broken for the site.

What information do you need? I use the latest git version of the plugin. Its Plex on FreeNAS. The site did work until (dont know exactly) 4-6 weeks perfectly. The site had a smaller site change then, but the URL is still correct; I mean that line

leads to the right preview, but I think there is the where the site change makes a problem.

If you can give it a try to fix with the correct xpaths.
The site did change quite a bit.
