2.0.9 and 2.1.0 not available using composer

Could not find package pcapredict/tag in a version matching 2.0.9

I have also noticed this - when I check the composer.json of version 2.1.0 the version states 2.0.9 but even then only 2.0.8 seem available to composer process

Looks like the newer versions never made it to packagist:

it is annoying that we need to use dev-master instead of proper latest version.

Also, for latest tag (2.1.0) still using composer version 2.0.9 ...

Could someone clarify what the difference is between loqate/tag (via the Magento marketplace) and pcapredict/tag?
