PCSX2 version:
PCSX2 v1.5.0-dev-2090-g9cb8c70

PCSX2 options:
Settings 2 - safe (default)

Plugins used:
all default compiled plugins and exe

Description of the issue:
After title screen, game starts to be unplayable whenever mode i've used.
Symptoms:
game is incredible slow
Character disappears in: OPENGL HARDWARE MODE
Character present but no voice heard in: OPENGL, DIRECTX11 SOFTWARE MODE
CRC Hack level was: none (debug)
Software renderer: NVIDIA GeForce 840M

DirectX11, software: Dr K present (as it should be), the game is slower
d3d11 software dr k is here the game is slower

OpenGL Hardware, Dr K is missing
opengl hardware missing #person

How to reproduce the issue:
Start to play game, after selecting [new game] there will be menu movie, short fmv cinematic and BAM! low-perfomance scene in the cabinet. During whole walkthrough there will be several such scenes; however, the rest of walkthrough is fully playable (though).

Last known version to work: none

PC specifications:
windows 7
x64
Intel Haswell i7-4700MQ 4 cores up to 3.4 Ghz

The whole game looks better with OpenGL Hardware mode, so i'll provide dump with this setting.
