Player and AI goalkeepers are moving erratically. The animations are jumpy and not smooth and it looks like they are glitching with frames being skipped despite the game running at a locked 60fps.

This issue is occurring in the following titles:
Winning Eleven 10 (NTSC-J)
Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (PAL)
J.League Winning Eleven 2007 Club Championship (NTSC-J)
Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (PAL)
Winning Eleven 2008 (NTSC-J and NTSC-U)
J.League Winning Eleven 2008 Club Championship (NTSC-J)
This occurs on the stable release 1.6.0 and in the nightly builds too.
Reproduction Steps
Play any match or training session and move towards your goalkeeper or the opponents goalkeeper and observe the bugged out animations.
As stated this occurs across multiple titles across all regions:
Winning Eleven 10 (NTSC-J)
Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (PAL)
J.League Winning Eleven 2007 Club Championship (NTSC-J)
Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (PAL)
Winning Eleven 2008 (NTSC-J and NTSC-U)
J.League Winning Eleven 2008 Club Championship (NTSC-J)
Expected Behavior
The expected behaviour is meant to be a smoothly animated movement of the Goalkeeper like the rest of the team.
Please note this bug does NOT occur in the following tested games from the Winning Eleven/Pro Evolution Soccer series on PCSX2 (stable or nightly):
Winning Eleven 8 Liveware Evolution (NTSC-J)
Winning Eleven 9 (NTSC-J)
Pro Evolution Soccer 5 (PAL)
The bug is also not reproducible on actual PS2 hardware or PS3 hardware via backwards compatibility.
Please test those games to see the correct behaviour of the goalkeepers.
