By default `--path-mode` is set to `override`, which means, that if you specify the path to a file or a directory via command arguments, then the paths provided to a `Finder` in config file will be ignored.
You can use `--path-mode=intersection` to merge paths from the config file and from the CLI argument.
I wonder to introduce a new option, auto, which will:
path defined in config file
path provided as CLI argument
path-mode=override*
path-mode=intersection*
path-mode=auto**
no
no
asking for any path to be provided
exit-code=0, no files processed

* - it is current behaviour of the already existing option ** - it would be new option and behaviour for it
Also, I consider this option to be default for next major release.
