create album for music app option like we have when adding photos #862

when clicking on add music button we should have the same format as photo app

it asks to choose an album, but no option to create album.

can we add the same feature to create album in music as we have when adding a photos

below is when adding photos I would like to see the same create album feature when adding music

would make it easier for users

music app does not have this feature and it would be awesome to have

this would make users life so much easier for music app to be just like in photos app
