when not set vanity url for group or pages mouse over doesn't work

What happened?

... when you create group or pages and not set vanity url mouse over on group name and pages name doesn't show popup of info

Steps to reproduce:

1. create group and pages add profile photo - cover photo and save
2. now share something and on feed you mouse over on group name
3. no ajax popup on mouse over - if you set vanity url in group and pages then mouse over works

What is expected?

...
mouse over on group name or pages name it should show mouseover ?
