[Bug] Transaction date issue still happening

Although there was a PR #1565 possible fix for issue introduced in #1346, issue is still happening sometimes on testnet running 4.1.0 wallet.

This seems different than #1346 : the date is correct, is the sorting that's wrong.
What happens when you play with the controls ("All" / "Date desc") to re-sort the list? What is the output of gettransaction ?

After restarting the wallet, transaction is showing with wrong date and wrong time. This is the block in which transaction happened:
