Required prerequisites

Motivation

Currently, OmniSafe's test coverage is only 93%, which is significantly lower than the previous 97% test coverage. In order to improve the robustness of the code, we will be writing new test files in the near future to increase the test coverage.

Now PR #238 has been merged and test coverage is 97% in dev branch.
