Extend prettier config file options

According to documentation, now we can use some new configuration file names and this vscode extension is, at least, not supporting .prettierrc.cjs

Meanwhile I'm using a custom configuration for file association, but would be good to have this on default config

.prettierrc.toml also seems to be not supported by the extension right now
