[REQUEST] add icon for semantic-release's files

Hi,

Semantic Release is a fully automated version management and package publishing. For its configuration, it supports .releaserc and release.config.js files.

I think the icon in the profile picture of the organization could be useful!

@HelloEdit I just added the icon. The icon can also fit both light and dark themes:

I think it looks quite good like this.

At the moment there's some work in progress for a new icon for semantic release. If they have a new icon we should replace this one 😉
