HOSCY Beta v.0.2 - UI Update

Information

This is the large UI update as promised, tomorrow I will close a few more issues but then it should be ready for Open Beta!

Changes

+ Completely Reworked UI
+ Reload for audio devices (in Config Tab)
+ Additional OSC Toggles (Textbox, TTS, VRC Mute)
+ Warning when changing settings that require a recognizer restart
+ Added a few default replacements

• Changed recognizer order so windows is not first
• Added defaults to the Log filter and Noise filter
• If no device / recognizer / voice is selected, the first option will now be shown instead of empty

Unzip and run the OscMultitool.exe file.
Make sure your antivirus does not block folder creation.
