Dashboard summary should be based on the selected school year

I would almost consider this a bug. The basic dashboard display only the total number of student, staff and parent in the system for that school. What is should display is

• Total student enrolment for that school year as selected in the top right corner.
• Total staff currently active in that school year as selected in the top right corner. Also, total staff is not useful in itself. It needs to be broken down by staff roles (i.e. Total School Administrators, Total Teachers, etc.)
• Total parents for the total student enrolment for that school year.
