Chapter 2, cannot access data:

aws s3 cp s3://sagemaker-sample-data-us-west-2.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/autopilot/direct_marketing/bank-additional.zip . 

fatal error: An error occurred (404) when calling the HeadObject operation: Key "autopilot/direct_marketing/bank-additional.zip" does not exist

OK later in the chapter a working url is supplied: https://sagemaker-sample-data-us-west-2.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/autopilot/direct_marketting/bank-additional.zip
