Maps: Camping on the roof in PadGarden with InstaPad and WeaponJump

Added from old bug tracker and affects WoP 1.6. Please check if this is still relevant, otherwise close.

If InstaPad is enabled and also WeaponJump (which is enabled by default), you can weapon jump to the flat roof and camp there.
Since there is only one way up there and you can't shoot there otherwise, you are virtually invincible there. The same is true for the sloped roof opposite. The rope with the lamps on it should perhaps be clipped at the same time, so that you can't walk in there as well. ~ brain
