Some inline functions and structs don't follow "Camel Case".

Some inline functions and structs don't start with a capital letter and have a capital letter for each new word ("Camel Case"). Below is the list of files that doesn't follow this rule.

It is suggested that the main author of the file fix the issue.
And everyone can add to this list when you find applicable cases.
