    • Develop GPU kernel for prior_box_op.
    • Develop GPU kernel for multiclass_nms_op.
    • Optimize GPU kernel for iou_similarity_op. Optimize iou_similarity_op cuda kernel #10231
    • [x ] Optimize Python data reader.
    • add others after detailed profiling.
