Related ISSUE: #462

Tasks TODO:

  • Add paddlectl client which can create TPR's extension under specified namespace into Kubernetes cluster.
  • Controller can parse TPR's extension to master trainer pserver.
  • Migrate PutFiles to paddlectl client.
  • Initilized kube config in memory, instead of loading from file.
  • Migrate other subcommands to paddlectl client, e.g. log kill pfs.
  • Create jobs from yaml or Json format files.
