新增音乐生成（Music Generation）gradio应用

任务描述

任务背景

完成步骤

  1. 将已接入的应用添加gradio demo，代码链接。
  2. 需加入待接入的模型AudioLDM2。
  3. 输入为图像，输出为音频。

提交内容：

  1. 脚本提交到PaddleMix
