之前用相同的命令都可以提交任务，突然无法提交

[map@cp01-ocean-942.epc.baidu.com huangyiou]$ paddlecloud.x86_64 submit -jobname traffic-predict-hangzhou-5m -cpu 1 -gpu 0 -parallelism 30 -image "registry.baidu.com/paddlepaddle/paddlecloud-job:hdfs" -entry "python traffic_predict_cloud_shanghai.py train" predict_traffic_dnn_cloud/

the pfs quota is full, we will delete some files useless.
