submit job error information need to be much easier to understand and be more exact.

such as:
upload file error: file path not valid:
Uploading ... /Users//predict_traffic_dnn_cloud/xgboost_param.txt /pfs//jobs/traffic-predict-hangzhou-30m/xgboost_param.txt
error submiting job: package not exist in cloud: /pfs//jobs/traffic-predict-hangzhou-30m, package_path_4test: /pfs//jobs/traffic-predict-hangzhou-30m, package_in_pod: /pfs/*/jobs/traffic-predict-hangzhou-30m
