Edge Browser seen as Chrome

While used in Windows 10's Edge browser, the browser.name is Chrome.

I created a PR to fix this, but you can change it locally if you need it asap. Just move the "spartan" detection to the beginning of the browserData array and you should be good to go

I confirm this problem with the detection of this browser, and thank you for the workaround.

Fixed in dmhendricks/PgwBrowser (which also includes the kikorb/PgwBrowser fix for Mac OS X El Capitan).

Note: I change the name/group from "Spartan/Spartan" to "Edge/Edge". I was tempted to make it "Edge/Explorer" for easier targeting for Microsoft browsers, however, I decided not to because it is technically inaccurate.
