NDI no Showing on "Tools" - not Working #106
Comments
Yes, I am afraid its a CPU issue. Other people have complained about the same and I think the Phenom CPUs don't have one of the features required to run NDI. |
The specific feature is the SSSE3 instruction set (notice the three S's). Dont have SSSE3, cant run NDI. Limitation of the NDI runtime, not Palakis. |
I have this issue but i have i5 7600k... so? |
the i5-7600k has SSSE3 so no you don't have this issue. Its a supported CPU. You might be having another issue, so start your own thread and dont forget to attach your OBS log so everyone can see what exactly the issue is and help you as best as possible. @Owned67 edit: just saw your thread, will check it out lol |
Holy Cow, Ryzen 7 1700 doesnt have the SSSE3 feature... I think thats why I cant install obs-ndi on Ubuntu... Im a noob on Linux... |
Yes it does have SSSE3 support |
I've installed both of the plugin and NewTek NDI Redist.exe and restard my computer, but after opening OBS and clicking in "Tools" , this dont show the "NDI Output Settings"
The problem i found is:
"CPU unsupported by NDI library. Module won't load.
Failed to initialize module 'obs-ndi.dll'"
I have the CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 3.3ghz Black Edition.
