Create Favorites Page

Create a favorites page that utilizes user preference data stored in the pattoo-api/database.

Favourites Page

1. Allow users to create a grouping of charts
2. Storing grouping of charts for a user to the pattoo-api database
3. Access pattoo-api to retrieve user specific favorites data
4. Hover over chart or tile of favourites page to preview metadata
5. Have the option to add multiple data points with an add button or in like a cart to bring the data together and compare
