Implementing image resolvers where needed.

Describe the bug

Now that the Encoded Image upload is available in the server the resolver to resolve path of the image can be implemented.

Keep in mind this is a sister issue and go hand -in -hand:
PalisadoesFoundation/talawa-admin#538
