Simulated Testing Database

Acts as a mock database used for demonstrating the application's features and for efficient testing of the software.

Describe the solution you'd like
The sub-features include:

1. Creating utilities to semi-randomly load data into the database (an organization with users and associated events & posts. It also includes plugins).
2. Create mutations to load and unload the sample organization from the database without affecting previous data. (button included on frontend with the option to load a sample organization)
3. Create a query to determine whether an organization is a sample organization(to be used on the front end to assign a sample tag).

Additional context
Related frontend changes will be made to the admin portal in a future PR
