Feature: API Support For Funds Screen

The current API does not support all the requirements for the funds screen in the Talawa Admin Portal.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to include creatorId in the Fund Model and implement filtering of funds by their name.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Approach to be followed (optional)

• Include creatorId in the Fund Model.
• Include creatorId in the create Fund mutation.
• Also modify the updateFund mutation to update the reference number for the fund.
• Add a new Query to implement filtering funds by name within a organization.
