Need to update Organization Schema

Describe the bug
In order to resolve PalisadoesFoundation/talawa-admin#237, I need to update the organization schema.

Expected behavior
timestamp and location fields should be present in the schema.

Actual behavior
timestamp and location fields are not present in the schema. This Leads to a hard-coded value in talawa-admin.
