Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

PalisadoesFoundation/talawa-api#1094

This PR aims to add the section to CONTRIBUTING.md which deals with conflict resolution in case of multiple contributors working on interrelated issues and how to tackle them.

It also adds the flow in which conflict of interests like these could be resolved.
