Translation of documentation to different languages. Especially the FAQ aspect

Issue:
The documentation of the Talawa project is entirely in English language.
This is assuming that all visitors to the site understand the English language.
What of instances where we non-English speaking/reading visitors and/or customers?

Implementation of language translation feature
A drop-down for visitors to choose from available languages.

Alternatives I have considered

Approach to be followed (optional)
I studied the Moodle website and the way they implemented this feature is through the use of the TranslatePress plugin.
