Bug Report: Fixing of consistent updation in both Talawa-docs and docs/talawa folder

Describe the bug
To ensure that both the 'static/talawa' folder in Talawa-docs and the 'docs/talawa' folder in the Talawa repository are updated simultaneously when a documentation change arises, an update in the workflow is necessary. This modification will allow for synchronized updates in both locations, eliminating any ambiguity and maintaining a seamless flow of automatic documentation.

To Reproduce
Currently, the automated workflow only allows for one of the two locations to receive updates, leading to confusion and disrupting the smooth flow of automatic documentation.
