Initiating the Workflow of Markdown

The markdown files of Talawa workflow needs to be initiated, this PR change updates the ReadMe file to cause the changes.

Approach to be followed
The workflow is based on the "automate-docs" branch as a reference. To ensure consistency, the workflow must be aligned with this branch, and the resulting changes should be merged into the "talawa-mobile-docs" markdown documentation.
