Error in updating User Profile

Describe the bug
When we update the user, The details are updated for the screen itself, but when we return to profile screen and reload error is shown as user details are found to be null.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login in a organization
2. Open ProfileTab -> Settings -> Edit Profile
3. Edit user details and click on save.
4. Return to Profile screen.
5. For few instance details are not updated and when we reload the page error is displayed.

Expected behavior
On updating the user details, User details should be updated successfully across app.

Actual behavior
On updating the user details, Profile page displays Error.
