[BUG] Switch Organization page shows a GraphQL error to user, and overflow text in exception toast.

Issue Description:
When an user select the organization which they are already in, and press save button, then an overflowed text error from graphql appears to user.

Issue Severity:
Medium

Environment Details:
Development

Observed Behaviour:
overflowed error message appears in the toast.

Expected Behaviour:
A proper informative message should be there without any text overflows.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Go to profile page,
2. tap on change current organization
3. select current organization
4. tap on save button
