Description
All tasks and Registrants are not visible when we scroll up the page in the events page .

Issue Severity
medium

Observed Behavior:
all tasks and Registrants are not visible when we scroll up . First task and Registrants is not visible .

Expected Behavior:
all tasks and Registrants should be visible when we scroll up . The list should also be scrollable .
