[GSoC] - QR organisation joining

Describe the solution you'd like
Having QR join in option on url input page for easy sign in. And if already logged I than search for org and ask join in confirmation.

Additional context
QR would only we available with user already signed up so non registered user's can only get QR from verified people's so there would be no unnecessary account creation or data leak like of the server url etc.
