Describe the bug
Progress box on signup does not get pop off if there is an error from the server due to email account already exist or in case of unsuccessful call due to internet.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enter the url.
Choose signup.
Select any organization to join.
Use any email that has an account already created
click signup
Expected behavior
The progress box should get popped off after the call for signup is completed.
Actual behavior
The progress box is not getting poped and hence the user has to go back to the select organization page and then again come back to the signup details page.
