Describe the bug
Some dependencies have their newer versions released, though the currently used versions in talawa are not deprecated, but being in sync with the latest is good to avoid future breakdowns.

To Reproduce
Dependencies namely

  1. cached_network_image
  2. connectivity_plus
  3. flutter_speed_dial
  4. get_it
  5. image_picker
  6. mockito
  7. qr_code_scanner
  8. tutorial_coach_mark
  9. video_player
  10. build_runner
  11. lint

Expected behavior
Should be up to date.

Actual behavior
Dependencies not up to date, newer versions available
