Feature Request - Resource for serverless scan settings

Hello,

I am requesting the feature/terraform resources to be able to manage the serverless scan scopes.

At the moment, we are adding accounts to prisma with the prismacloud_cloud_account resource, however we have the manual step of configuring the serverless scope for the account afterwards.
