Not self-contained application

Database access layer inherited from third party application (aka «pandamon», «pink panda»)
Missed deployment procedure

Configuration data in python modules
No code convention
Missed proper logging. Poor log data

Missed any processes control. Crons launch scripts, but scripts does not check that another instance still running.

Poor architecture of some modules for processing of big amount of records (Installed SW)
