npm install 失败

执行命令npm install --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org

报错如下，不知道哪位遇到过

开始以为以为是node版本的问题 node由12.13.1 改为最新版 12.18.2 仍然是这个问题，错误提示node不是内部命令，但是我执行node -v也可以的 npm -v 也正常

设置 NPM global目录
npm config set prefix "C:\SoftWare\nodejs\node_global"
