Change the name of the ‘Advanced Settings’ Option in the ‘Settings’ page

‘Advanced Settings’ does not indicate clearly to a user that this is where they need to configure the trigger. Given that this is its sole function, we should change this to ‘Trigger Settings’

I'll keep this for now because of the "Alert settings" which could be understood as "Trigger settings". Ultimately I think we should reword all of the Settings entry with clearer names such as "Change alert frequency", "Change alert trigger", "Change emergency contacts" and so on...
