Is there a way to install this plugin onto the Moodle iOS and Android app

Based on the Mobile support for plugins documentation, it looks like it needs at least a db/mobile.php file that defines how this plugin interactives with the Moodle Mobile app. Maybe you can convince @jmalmsten-panopto
