Example of using new SDK functionality to create projects, experiments, analyze model, and create an inferrence deployment.

Tested on TensorFlow 2.0 & Python3 container image.

@dte I am going to post some minor updates related to SDK usage and imports later today then merge it and deploy it.

this is pretty interesting. what's going on with this project? what's the status of this PR? we waiting for public notebooks to publish? would be worth sharing with the team in the meantime -- thoughts y'all? cool to see the SDK working within a notebook, and given that we went over the SDK yesterday as a company, could be great to allow folks to see how to play around with it in something as easily accessible as a notebook
