Add colorful icons for light plasma theme

I would like to have colorful icons in the light plasma theme. The dark plasma theme has colorful icons but the light one does not have colorful icons and it doesn't look good.

Recently, KDE developers have been moving away from the 32px size (where colorful icons can be used). I don't think that's necessary.

A monochrome version has also been added for HiDPI displays.

Then how does the dark plasma theme have colorful icons?

They are now practically not used with the new version of Plasma

Could you clarify for those who are not familiar with plasma theme development what does "KDE developers have been moving away from the 32px size" mean and why colorful icons can't be used?
