Specify Levels of Integration to Project

parabeac_core has the following three levels of integration:

• Global Styling/theming
• Component package
• Screens

parabeac_core currently converts all three levels no matter what.

The goal of this issue is to allow developers to specify what level of conversion they want to have. The current working theory is that every level of integration must contain the previous one.

For example, if screen level of integration is enabled, then you must have Theming and Components enabled.
