It's simple. It's just an idea of an randomizer that customizes the vehicles with random customizations like, bumpers, paintjobs, wheels, etc. So the vehicles that spawn on traffic could be spawned with this customizations.

What exactly do you mean by that? It's like, it would be a great type of Randomizer or something like that?
