12-seee hackathon project （www.seee.io） SEEE - Substrate Energy Enterprise Edition （Substrate 能源企业联盟链） The goal of the SEEE project is to provide low-code blockchain bass services. The first sub-project is Subeng- focusing on providing high-throughput data on-chain services. Through subeng, our goal is to provide scalable data on-chain services. The chain speed can be scaled horizontally to an average of 100,000 TPS per second to meet the blockchain data application requirements of business scenarios such as the Internet of Things, industrial Internet, and commercial credible big data. SEEE 项目目标是提供低代码区块链 bass数据服务，第一个子项目是SubEng- 聚焦于提供高通量数据上链服务，通过SubEng，我们的目标是提供可扩展的数据上链服务，数据上链速度可以横向扩展到每秒平均10万TPS，满足物联网、工业互联网、商业可信大数据等商业场景的区块链数据应用需求
